I could not disagree more. As a developer myself, there comes a time when
the feature list has to be cut and the debugging/testing has to start.
And you have to remember that any manufacturer sees a product in a certain
way. As that product is seen by millions more, of course they are going to
think of things that the manufacturer did not.
Also, manufacturers do not want to add every single feature into a
product. Manufacturers want the support of third party developers.
However, I agree with you on the shareware. I am thinking of registering
3 or 4 Stand Alone apps and they still charge the full price for the Newton
stuff and do not offer and discount on multiple purchases. :(
