Those soups are placed in both or all three stores just in case you want to
move them back and forth. Leave them there, they also allocate info.
regarding the fields and pop-up menus.
On the 'where's the stuff?', like Mark R. pointed out, the 'extras' are
missing, you have to install also 'ListDesigner' and 'TemplateBrowser' to
have access.
