Hey folks...
I have had several requests for PowerScroll. I
couldn't find the copy that I installed from my
original newton many years ago, so I emailed my
desktop from my Newton and hopefully it worked (it
arrived as a *.pkg file...)
I have uploaded it to my download site:
http://newton.tek-ed.com

I haven't tested it yet (trying to now) but give it a
try and let me know if you're having troubles.
