Instead of going to the URLs, choose File->Open Cache (I think). That'll
let you browse in your Newt's Cape cache. Find the base page of what you
downloaded, and there you go.

they're really helpful. The plugin you're looking for to create packages
is NewtPack. I don't think you can schedule package creation, though - I
wish it was there too.
