Not likely given extreme hardware limitations:
Palms run 33m Hz - Newton MP2000 runs 168 mHz
most Palms have 8 Mb memory - Newton MP2000 ROM alone is 8 Mb
most Palms' screens are 160 X 160 pixels - Newton MP2000 is 640 X 320
most Palms have no speaker - Newton can do voice synthesis
