Do this:
Localize the "email" fiel on "Newton side" of the syncronization setings of
the NCU.
Now, on the "Claris Organizer" side, drag n' drop the "Custom field 1" (thi=
s
is important, must to be custom field 1) to the position just in the right
side of the "Email" field of the "Newton" side.
