Actually, the screws have a standard 82 deg countersink head.
Using the correct countersink bit would ensure contact on all
the head surface. 45 deg would contact at one point only.
But, as the board is only 0.031" thick this fact is
probably moot.
An oversize drill, although not the correct angle, would work
just as well in practice.
