I remember a nice graphing calculator named Graphing 101 from the totally incomplete Newton-CD.
It is running on MP120 upwards and thus it does not use the whole screen area of the MP2x00.

The package you want is an add-on to NewtonWorks called Calculations. It has a pretty detailed PDF manual and some really neat capabilities. It can only graph equalities though, so you can't get a graph of y < sin(x) or something like that...
