Hello amigos Newtonicos,
My problem: eMate screen got smashed, cracked...shattered.
Now before I send it in to Apple, is there a way that I can replace it with
parts available outside of Apple?
If not, I know that I'm going to have to send it in to Apple. I can check
the FAQ's about how to go about this, but I want to make sure from other
Newton owners who've had the same problem, concerning the latest methods for
sending it into Apple for service.
Is it still $180?
Is there a new 1800 number?
Latest tricks in convincing Apple Service to take it in?
Latest place to send it to...etc.
