[NTLK] Is there an easy way to move info between flash cards?

I have to move info off one flash card and into the internal memory of a
120MP with NOS2.0
Primarily, the information is notes made in notepad.
Is there an easy way to do this? I tried selecting the notes in overview and
then clicking file, and then clicking to file internally, but the notes
never seemed to show up in that folder.

Also, if I click on the card icon in extras, and click backup, (notes only),
where does the backup get made? Are the notes on the backup being backed up
in the internal memory and are they still in noteformat, are are they in
some weird format? I know, I know. RTFM, which is what I'll do now. I am
hoping for a simple explanation. I have over 100 notes in several folders. I
want to back them up off one card, and then put them on a different card in
the 120. If I restore a backup of one card onto another, will it wipe out
information that is on the new card?
Can anyone answer these questions, and if so...
How do they get the cadbury in the cadbury bar?
