I purchased a 3Com 3C589D-TP and have succeeded in setting it up
as instructed on
http://www.chuma.org/newton/Ethernet/instructions.shtml

Now, how do I go about using it in lieu of a serial port for backups
and pkg loading?, I guess I will have to change the preferences in
both NBU and the Newtons Dock to something? Also I didn't
understand the part about the DHCP (automatic config) vs. Manual
config.
