You should have removed the storage card first.
As soon as you insert an empty storage card, stores for the built in apps
are created.
Depending on if and when you have checkmarked > store new data on card < ,
this store on the card is filled more or less or still empty.
Normally (if you are not very careful) the data are spread between the
internal storage and the storage card.
If you tap the (f.i. notes) store Icon you will get the information how many
data sets are stored internal and how many are on the storage card. You will
find a filing button as well which will enable you to move the data from/to
internal store.

In your case there are some data on the card, which as I assume contain
corrupt data.
So the best way to prove that is to remove the card and check.
You can delete the corrupted data store from the card and restore it from
your last backup.
