Hm. I thought it had something to do with tax depreciation. If a company
bought these Newtons 5 years ago ('97) then their 5 yr. depreciation would
be just about up. At that point, it no longer made financial sense to the
company to keep them around, so they unloaded them. Does this theory hold
water--for those of you who understand these things...)
