Ha ha ha! That's funny! Sure...if you don't use the
backlight and don't access the hard drive or the
firewire port! but how convenient is that? With what's
inside the box, that doesn't leave much room for a
battery! I suspect that they are using the same drive
as in the iPod along with the same firewire
technology. And Apple says that you shouldn't operate
the firewire without external power! And the hard
drive on the iPod spins up once every 15 minutes or
so...(I don't have one, so correct me if I'm wrong).
So, I believe that the 9 hour number is highly
optimistic! I don't recall...does it have a PC card
slot as well? or how about ethernet? They're site
seems to be broken (I hate Flash sites that are flash
for no real purpose!)
