It looks like others have chimed in but I can't tell that anyone
answered your question. In the MacOS X version if GC you follow this
path (other versions should be about the same) : Picture/size/scale (go
to the Picture menu across the top, scroll down to size and slide across
to scale). In the "scale" menu you have the choice of percent or
pixels...it's a drop down menu to change from percent to pixel (the
default seems to be percent). Enter the pixels you want in the box next
to the drop down menu (i.e. 400), if you have the keep aspect ration box
checked below, GC will figure the other number for you.
