http://www.travel-cs.com which can be expanded. However, it is impossible to
have a dict with foreign character beside latin ones, at least as fas as I
know. I've tried to create a Russian dict but couldn't get it to hold
cyrillic letters and thus it makes no sense at all. The same, I think would
be true for Greek

However, I use PT a lot and like its way of jumping between languages and
diffent meanings of one word.
