[NTLK] HELP! Anybody else here use Ecount? - where's the account number?

Does anybody else here use Ecount for payment? I created an account
to pay Gementerprises for a new motherboard (which went fine, BTW), but
my checking account record says I was charged twice for the initial
deposit. On Ecount's page about error resolution, it says to include
your account number, which I can't find, on the page, or in the
verification letter they sent me.
