After having recently switched to Windows XP and installed NCU, I find I
can't change the serial settings in NCU to 57600 - I can only get a max
speed of 38400, which won't make a connection. I've changed the registry
settings as per the Newton Connection FAQ 2.3.3 but no luck. Is there
something special I need to do with Windows XP?
