Still unable to make madmax work with my MP2100. I would like to make it
work with my mp3 songs and then with mp3 streaming.
My MP configuration:
MP2100 - 1454K free RAM - 370404 free heap resources (?) as avi's backdrop
indicates - 32MB Pretec card (27MB free)
My test song specs - CD track converted with iTunes:
Channels: mono
Sampling rate : 22KHz
Bit rate: tried with 32 / 40 / 56 / 64 kbps
VBR turned off
Smart enconding : tested with on / off
Frequencies below 10Hz cropped out
Where things are stored:
MadMax / MadNewton (internal)
Audio soup (card)
With 56/64 kbps I get a very choppy playback.
With 32/40 kbps I get a better but still choppy playback
With streaming at 56 / 64 kbps I always get choppy playback
Is this normal?
I did a research in the archives and found something about heap problems or
extentions conflict or even a low level reset. Any suggestions.
TIA
