I believe it has to be MoreInfo 5.05,
use the MoreINfo prefs app (called "MI Prefs")
  tap "Alarm"
  check "speak alarm text"
  and then choose a voice from the popup.

You could also read the book about the Spanish guy that came with MoreInfo!
