Yes. The family is as follows:
68008: 8-bit external data bus, 20-bit external address bus
68000: 16-bit external data bus, 24-bit external address bus
68010: 16-bit external data bus, 24-bit external address bus (pin-compatibl=
e
w/68000)
68020: 32-bit external data and address buses.
68030: 32-bit external data and address buses.
68040: 32-bit external data and address buses.
68060: 32-bit external data and address buses.

All 68K CPUs are 32-bit internally.
