Thanks to Jon Glass and everyone else for you input on the out of memory
errors, etc but it turned out to be a problem with my delimited file.

One missing keystroke to be exact: The last record did not have a hard
return to signify 'end of file'. The app must have thought then that there
were endless records; thus the out of memory message.

While I was at it, I did some other text clean-up too that was worth while.
Search-and-Replace is a wonderful thing.
