i totally have been thinking the same thing (only it was prior to the
relaunch of WWN, so i was thinking of an addition to the UNNA site
itself)--an annotated UNNA archive strikes me as *immensely* useful,
hopefully for newtoneers at every level of expertise. certainly the task
put to one man (i.e., victor) would be too daunting, but if the whole
community put its collective feet into the pool... kinda like how they
built medieval cathedrals or the pyramids (minus the slavery aspect, of
course). just a couple of sentences each, add a ratings system... thing
is, there's a *lot* of stuff out there, and finding some sort of subjective
way to sift through it seems invaluable. wiki seems the easiest way to go
about making the entries...

but, that's just me talking...maybe others have considered something like
this before?
