Probably nowhere - $20 is an abnormally low price for one of these.

I believe that the cheapest ones are by Palm - just make sure you get one
that has a DB-9 connection, and not a Palm-specific connector or cradle.

Try searching shopper.cnet.com as well. A search for "serial USB" yields
some that are $19 to $29.
