Wow!

This is service.. the customer service dept at Apple should take
lessons from you guy7s about responding to customer questions! Thank you
again for all the info you've given me.... about the thermistor... that's
not the part that i'm concerned about being broken is the yellow sticky
thing that is on the end of the batteries... do you guys know anythign
about that?
