The Message is the Bible and at one point you could get the New
International Version (NIV) in NewtonBook format, but the company stopped
selling it. Unlike a number of other translations, the NIV is copyrighted
and subject to licensing. The King James Version and Revised Standard
Version are both freely available, so they just left those versions
available on the web. The NIV copy is available for Palm, but I have no
idea if one could do any sort of conversion.

Like others, if they were to just make it available, as is, I'd pay. But
they just don't want to, I guess.
