No, yes and yes. :-) They came from The Product Resale Company.
(although there's a lot of speculation on the list that PRC is Mr 2H)
You always have to pay GST, but PST/HST depends on what province you're
in; Since I imported it to BC we had to pay PST too. FexEx's brokerage
fee was ~ $7.00

You might try and drop Mr2ndHand an e-mail. All you need to export to
canada is 3 copies of a commercial invoice, FedEx will take care of the
rest. The other suggestion I have is to get your own FedEx account (Free
online registration.) So long as Mr2ndHand includes the 3 invoices, he
dosen't have to worry about anything more than he would for a domestic
shipment.
