I allowed the battery in my new (used) 2100 to run all the way down,
thinking that would allow me to charge it fully, was planning on
doing this a couple times... anyway, i ignored all the warnings, and
when it finally turned itself off, i plugged it in. Well, about 4
hours later, I went to use it, I noticed the bottom was hot, but, it
wouldnt turn on.... so i tried removing the batt, and back in,
plugging it in, nothing. So i used the reset button. Again, nothing.
Pulled the cards, the batt, tried only ac power. Nothing. Long story
short, I had to reset it maybe 10 times (or press the button 10
tiimes) until it came on. Now, it still says the battery is low (and
saying it is at 15% capacity).

I dont get it. Is this a common 2100 thing, or is my newt a weirdo?

I am now recharging it again. Bizarre.
