I don't work with NewtApp because my datamodel is not straightforward
(NewtApp seems nice, but in the programmer guides they say it is best suited
for straightforward datamodels). I work with a lot of lists and some of the
listitems correspond with frames/records containing text, others don't.

The only examples I have of something similar are newtLabelInputLine. But
this proto is part of the newtApp framework. Basically, it has an option
slot where I put 'kHasScrollersOption', and the framework/OS take care of
the rest.
