I have a 2100 that has been behaving strangely. When
I try to open email (via SimpleMail, latest version),
I get an error of -48211, which the FAQ told me is a
non-working package error. Replaced SM, same thing.
My 2100 did not come w/Works, so I transferred from an
eMate via a 4MB card. The "lines" do not appear on a
new paper, nor do the cells of a spreadsheet doc. I
also noticed that I get the same numbered error if I
select "fonts." So I'm guessed the problem is with
the Newt's ability to display text somehow.
So, hit the reset button, and it told me (after
booting up again), that there was a problem with the
package "KFontWidths." I imagine this is the culprit
across the board. How to I remove/replace this to get
that missing functionality? When I view "Extras" in
"Overview," I see something called "Font Widths," but
no "KFontWidths." Should I trash Font Widths? How do
I replace it? Thanks very much.
