Did you get details on amount for shipping?

I did receive a canned response and the CC form today, but nowhere in the e-mail or on the form is there an amount for the order! (with or without shipping - nothing)

I live in OH so shipping from NJ shouldn't be much, but I would like to know the amount of the order before giving them credit card info.
