Thanks for you input Stephanie-

I'm am becoming more curious about he origin of this error (4) maybe
one of the higer up technical types coudl shed some light.. my eMate,
unfortunatly continues to exhibit the same problem as before even after
multipl "Brain Wipes".... I'm am beginning to wonder if it is a hardware
probelm.
