I've been unsuccessful in synching or transferring files from notepad
or NewtonWorks using NCU on a new WindowsXP machine (Winbook, 2.56GHz).
I'm actually connecting to a serial port on a port replicator, running
several instances of 'slowdown,' but it always fails with a (-1) error.
 
I can connect without difficulty on a Win2000 machine but am unsure if
connection is possible on XP.
 
Thanks for any assistance you might be able to provide.
