Those are hardly ever labeled (what for, ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
needle bed adapters can't read and will hit the right point anyway.
So I'd assume those are the selected few test points that were supposed
to make life of the
service people easier. Maybe there was, after all, something like a circuit
diagram on which those are mentioned. Most likely, though, they were
also used by the ATE adapter.
