[NTLK] Getting a picture on my MP?

I want to get an illustration onto my MP u2k, preferrably in such a state
that I can paste it into a Notes or Works document. Do I have to make a
newtonbook out of it or is there a more convenient (i.e.: direct) way to
get it there?

Oh yeah, before I forget: My Windows partition is completely fscked up and
all I have to get stuff onto my Newt is unixnpi. Or email (Eudora), of
course.
