Honestly, I don't think it's worth petitioning Apple over. I think if
there's anything to be done, however, it would most likely have to be a
lawsuit, class action, against Apple by people who purchased Apple
hardware with the understanding that iTools was "free for life" as Apple
claimed it was.
I'd sign onto that, but not to this petition.

Subject: [NTLK] Dot-mac overpriced petition, at over 4000 signatures
*already*!
Has anyone else seen the online petition railing against charging for
dot-mac (or charging as much)? It's at
http://www.PetitionOnline.com/iTol/petition.html . It's already at over
4000 signatures! I couldn't find a date, but I couldn't have gone up
all that long ago, as the new $100/yr charge wasn't known/confirmed
until recently that I know of. If it *did* go up just this morning
after the keynote, I'm rather amazed at the speed at which it's gotten
signatures. Maybe I shouldn't be..
