[NTLK] How can I use NCU to download web pages?

I use IE and the bookmark for offline viewing where it stores the web pages
on my hard drive. I would like to download these saved pages to my 2000u
and view them in NetHopper 3.2. Is this possible (and relatively easy)? If
so, how do I do it? Is there another way to do this without an internet
connection for my Newton?
