[NTLK] Question on developing Newton Application Manuals

Just wanted to verify with you the following:

If I create a manual from a newton application I developed, what are the
specs I should go by for creating that user manual. I checked the Apple
Style Guide 2/2000 however it does not indicate font type to be used,
margins, etc.

Does anyone know when Newton manuals were developed way back when what the
specs were i.e., font type, heading style, margin specs, and etc.
