I usually respond to every post on this subject, because I, too, would
like to see an ssh client for the Newton so I could ssh into my *BSD
boxen.

Sean Luke did write a blowfish module for the Newton that could be
incorporated into other projects; however, I don't think anyone has yet
done anything as crafty as grafting it onto something like PT100....
