I'm using bookmaker most of the time for making books, although it's a bit
complicated to make large books for MP2k screen with it. Never run into
"out of heap" problems, maybe because I don't use huge indexing. This time
I had to use Press, because Bookmaker does not support 4-bit images, but I
dubt that I'll ever try to do it again - a cuple of crashes per page and
corrupt Press file (I had to redo half of the work) is a bit annoying.
