To do a "hard reset", press the reset button on the back and while holding
it down, flip the ON-OFF switch down and hold it down for a few seconds,
until you see a dialog appearing on the screen and asking if you really want
to erase the internal memory. Make sure you have a good backup and tap the
"OK" (or is it Yes?) button.
