If these are genuine original battery packs, it means that they have been
manufactured
around 1998 or earlier I'd think. So they might not be as good as they used
to be 4
years ago even if they haven't been used during that time. You'd probably be
better
off refurbishing your old pack with state of the art cells (around 1700
mAh).
