First: That card is an EtherLink III 589c not 859c I hope?

So your internet setup is
    Configuration: DHCP server
    Card: Megahertz whatever
    Domain name: xxx.com

And in owner info:
Your worksite has the appropriate internet setup chosen.

And in Prefs --> AppleTalk you have EtherTalk and your MegaHertz card
chosen.

It should then work.
