it's an EB N2000 case.. they are $79.99 (AFAIK), and they are still available.. you have to email EB cases.. www.ebcases.com.. and specifically ask for this case..

there will be a wait.. i think that it is 2 weeks or so on it.. it's a good case, but the slots ARE blocked, and the leather is kinda thin.. it's literally a glove case..

there are some leather flip-cases that are for sale on eBay every once in awhile.. they have an access flap for the upper slot and a ID slipcase inside the lid (which is reinforced to protect the screen.. and the back of the case is semi-hard to protect) i bought one of these cases about 1.5 years ago off eBay for $38.00.. it has a shoulder strap, and a elastic pen loop on the power-switch side.. i've seen them for 10.00.. so, it's a very good alternative to the EB case.. for me, it's been the best case..
