Re: [NTLK] ATA cards - CF or otherwise - Where?

I wonder if the speed of these Sandisk cards is fast enough to work with
MP3 playback. I have 32MB Sandisk cards and cannot get them to work with
MP 3 playback. The speed is a bit less than half that of a regular linear
card. Otherwise I have no troubles with them.

I'm narrowing the search parameters quite a bit here, but I'm wondering if
anyone knows a good source for an ATA card (CF or otherwise) that will work
with the Mr. Guyot's ATA driver. I'm looking for >=3D 64MB. If you know of
a
Canadian supplier, that would be even better.

I have a handle on non-working Sandisks, but really want to get up and
running now that MP3 playback has reached a new plateau.

I've tried Compusmart, Costco, London Drugs, but they only carry the CF
Sandisks. None of the usual retail outlets seem to stock type I/II full
size
cards any more. Would a Kingston CF card work? Any caveats?

TIA,
blair
