You know how they found all those people?
Apple several months ago, maybe a year, put notice on their site asking
people why they switched from windows and if they haven't switched yet,
why. It was pretty open ended. People wrote in with their stories. Then
(I heard this from a switcher), they contacted some of the people who
wrote in and asked them to be in a commercial. When they flew them to
NY or wherever, the people just talked in front of a camera for 45min.
Not much to it, but they are real people.
