A question for the programmers...

Is there a clean way to stall an InputScript? Or even better, sync the
InputScript with the Callback method of a sound frame? Basically, the
problem is flow control in MAD Max: A new sound frame should only be
scheduled if not more than a predefined maximum number of sound frames
is still active. The best would probably be a wait on a variable, but
I've not seen that anywhere.
