[NTLK] Atlan driver won't install

I have a D-Link DE-650 pcmcia card, and when I try to install the atlan
driver, using NCU, it says:
Error!
Unable to activate ATLAN since Newton Device Drivers are not in the system

Can anyone help me on this?
