I have Come teasingly close to getting Dates to Syhc With iCal. 1 Can move info from the newton to the iCal-but not from iCal to the newton. The problem is that i Cal Cannot export to anything but it's Own format While it can import vCards. why apple Chose this assymetrical design-I am not Sure.
To get Dates info into iCal,-Sync the Newton With Cloris Organizer-export to Palm D-top as tabbed etc.--then Export to vcal, and import in i Cal.--So needless to Say, I Can't Wait to see the planned VCal / i Cal Support in nSync. I have already used the vcard feature, And planto buy i!. For now, it is Claris org. in classic for me.
Does anyone know of a way to get V Cals * Out * of i Cal?-Or to get vCals working With Claris Org.?
Secondary issues: For anyone having trouble With apple talk Sleeping in 10.2 try activating it through the Chooser. It Worked for me.
Thanks to the Wifi driver and the newt knight website I am Set up Wirelessly. However I Cannot Connect to a Soft base Station, neither using a Vanilla DHCP nor the recconended Setting. Also-WEP fails in every Case. 1 have a Lucent Wave Lan Gold . It Seems to be a Software issue,-I keep getting keys with unacceptable Chors.-like " F"
