If you have SimpleMail properly installed and configured, when showing the
note or the NewtonWorks document, you just tap the "routing" button (the one
on the lower right with something like an envelope on it. A popup menu
should appear and you should be able to see "Email" there. If you don't,
SimpleMail is not properly configured or installed.
